Normally, people have feeling and touching because we have a heart. We cry when feeling hurt or we laugh when feeling happy but we need to live with happiness and happiness come from love and love can be couple as a man and woman love each other, family and friends. Surely, when we love someone we always take care of, thinking of, worry or do anything to make he/she be happy.
For me, I cannot forget one person. She has been really meant for me and she always just has been there for me. Actually, I lived with her since I was young. She took care of me instead of my parents because both of them need to earn money to support the family. She is my grandmother. She is what you could call the Rock-keeping us all up in our time of hardships and making us all laughing when we are having amazing day. It's just that she is an all around great person.
My grandmother did not go to school during her childhood she needed to earn money to support her family. She was the oldest sister in family so her mother did not let her to school. Truly, Cambodia culture did not let daughter go to school in the past because the elderly thought that women could not be strong like men so they were no need to study in stead of good wives were enough. My grandmother could not read and write but she could be an amazing leader in family. Especially, she was a good chef who always cooked for the whole family that why I have still remembered the great taste of those foods. Moreover, she was also a housekeeper who always making house clean and warm. She was not only my grandmother but also my best friend, when I got some problems she talked and motivated within warming heart and friendly, she never blamed me when I did wrongly but she tried to correct me by explanation.
I had been very painful when she passed away on March 29, 2013, this is the first time that I lost my beloved person. I could not speak out how this feeling is, but I only know that she is in my heart forever.
